VicLab ("we," "us," or "our") operates the REVOX mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. 1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Name - Your display name for your account profile

1.2 User Preferences

We store your in-app preferences, including selected engine sound packs, volume settings, and customization choices, to provide a personalized experience.

1.3 Subscription and Purchase Data

Subscription transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive a confirmation of your subscription status but do not collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).

1.4 Device and Usage Information

We may automatically collect certain technical information for the purpose of crash reporting and app improvement:

• Device type and operating system version

• Crash logs and performance data

REVOX does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs or tracking frameworks. We do not serve advertisements within the App. The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework for subscription management, which is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure server infrastructure
• Access controls and authentication

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

REVOX is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
